Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the cyber mall (hereinafter "Mall") operated by BASS Inc. and users using the internet-related services.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Mall" refers to the virtual business premises set up by BASS Inc. to provide goods or services to users.
  • "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and receive services under these terms.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has registered and can continuously use the services.
  • "Non-member" refers to a person who uses services without registering.

Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment)

  • The Mall posts these terms on the initial screen for easy access by users.
  • The Mall may amend these terms within legal limits.
  • When amending terms, the Mall will announce at least 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes of Services)

The Mall performs the following services:

  • Provision of product information and purchase contract conclusion
  • Delivery of purchased goods or services
  • Other services determined by the Mall

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

The Mall may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, replacement, failure of equipment, or communication interruption.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  • Users apply for membership by filling out the registration form and agreeing to the terms.
  • The Mall registers users who have not lost eligibility and have no false information.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Disqualification)

  • Members may request withdrawal at any time and the Mall will process it immediately.
  • Membership may be restricted for false registration or legal violations.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

Notifications may be sent to the email address designated by members. For notifications to multiple members, posting on the board for at least 1 week may substitute individual notification.

Article 9 (Purchase Application)

Users apply for purchase by searching and selecting products, entering recipient information, confirming terms, and selecting payment methods.

Article 10 (Contract Formation)

The contract is deemed to be established when the Mall's acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

Payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer (Internet banking, phone banking, etc.)
  • Card payment (prepaid card, credit card, etc.)
  • Online non-passbook deposit
  • Electronic currency payment

Article 12 (Delivery)

Unless otherwise agreed, the Mall takes necessary measures to deliver goods within 7 days from the date of order.

Article 13 (Refund)

When unable to provide due to sold-out status, we will notify the user immediately and refund within 3 business days.

Article 14 (Withdrawal of Offer)

Users may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving the written contract.

Returns and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

  • When goods are damaged due to user responsibility
  • When value has significantly decreased due to use
  • When value has decreased to make resale difficult

Article 15 (Privacy Protection)

The Mall collects only the minimum necessary personal information and does not use it for purposes other than stated.

Article 16 (Mall's Obligations)

  • We do not engage in acts prohibited by law and terms.
  • We maintain security systems for safe service use.
  • We do not send unwanted promotional emails.

Article 17 (User's Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Registration of false information
  • Misuse of others' information
  • Unauthorized modification of posted information
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights
  • Damage to reputation or interference with business

Article 18 (Copyright)

Copyright for works created by the Mall belongs to the Mall. Users may not use them for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use them without prior consent.

Article 19 (Dispute Resolution)

The Mall operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions and complaints from users.

Article 20 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the Mall and users shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court governing the user's address, and Korean law shall apply.
