Email Collection Policy
We prohibit the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical devices. Please note that violations may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.
Article 50 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
No person shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from internet websites where the intention to refuse collection is clearly stated.
No person shall sell, distribute, use, or access email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
No person shall use email addresses for information transmission knowing that such addresses were collected, sold, or distributed in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2.
Penalties for Violation
Violations of the above regulations may result in imprisonment for up to 1 year or a fine of up to 10 million KRW under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
